Fairy skirt

I am revelling in having a little girl to dress up after having 2 boys!

I recently made this little fairy skirt which can be worn over pretty much anything to make it look super cute! 

A piece of ribbon (about 50c) and some tulle (about $1) made for a cheap extra pretty look :-) (I got 2 skirts out of it too!)

I just did a running stitch along the top of the tulle, gathered it, and pinned the ribbon over the top. Then sewed along the top to hold it and trimmed the jagged bits with scissors.
